Interactive Systems to Support Corporate Text Communication
We are researching the computer systems that support document communication in companies. Communication is important for organizations, and most of the communication in organizations is done through the medium of documents. When a document is used to achieve a certain purpose in a company, the activity can be divided into three stages: “1. reaching the document”, “2. understanding the content”, and “3. taking action or making decisions based on the content”. For each of these activities, we are developing and evaluating a support system based on management and psychological backing.
